Howard's western short story The Ballad of Jesse Barnett, dedicated to bringing awareness to spousal abuse, is now available in Where Legends Ride from Express Westerns. He has also completed a werewolf western for the Weird Westerns Anthology upcoming from Wild Cat Books and is hard at work on his 30th Black Horse Western, Coyote Deadly.
